Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group Amends Third Quarter Financial Report

TOKYO, Apr 20 (Pulse News Wire) – Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group,inc. (8309.T) corrected parts of its September quarter financial report released on January 30.

The amendment pertains to a discrepancy found in the supplementary materials accompanying the initial report. Specifically, page nine of the “Third Quarter Financial Explanation Materials” contained inaccuracies which have been revised as indicated below: The corrected figures show a trust asset balance of ¥2,558.69 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared to ¥2,557.55 billion reported previously.

Additionally, the total assets stood at ¥2,842.63 billion, up from ¥2,842.84 billion noted earlier. These revisions reflect adjustments made to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
