Under the program, eligible retirees received additional benefits beyond regular severance packages, including age-based bonuses and career transition support services. Looking ahead, the company expects costs associated with the program to total approximately ¥2.400 billion.
These expenses are anticipated to be recognized as extraordinary charges during fiscal year 2026 and have already been incorporated into the previously disclosed annual consolidated earnings forecast released on February 10, 2026.
