Starzen Company to Amend Articles of Incorporation; Introduce Interim Dividends

TOKYO, May 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Starzen Company Limited (8043.T) announced today that its board of directors resolved to propose amendments to the company's articles of incorporation at the upcoming 87th annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. The proposed changes aim to streamline the company’s operational flexibility for future mergers and acquisitions, new ventures, and strategic investments.

Additionally, the amendments include the introduction of interim dividend payments to enhance shareholder returns. The interim dividend payout will be based on September 30 each year, contingent upon approval at the aforementioned shareholders’ meeting.
