Star Seeds Announces Major Server Sales Transaction

TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Star Seeds CO.,LTD. (3083.T) announced a significant server sales transaction involving data center servers through its subsidiary, SSD Corporation.

The deal, decided on July 30, involves selling servers to Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Inventec Corporation. Under the agreement, Star Seeds will purchase the servers for cash and sell them to Inventec. While detailed pricing information was withheld at the request of the supplier, the estimated revenue from this transaction is approximately $9.9 million yen, which exceeds 10% percent of the consolidated revenue reported in the previous fiscal year. The supplier is based in Tokyo and specializes in manufacturing, distributing, and consulting services related to computers and peripherals.

Inventec Corporation, located at 66 Hou-Kang Street, Shih-Lin District, Taipei City, Taiwan, focuses on electronic equipment ODM/OEM services. Star Seeds has previously conducted transactions with Inventec. Regarding the impact on future performance, the company stated that the anticipated effects align with their revised forecasts released on June 3, 2026, and June 25, 2026, for the fiscal year ending February 2027.
