TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Sophia Holdings CO.,LTD. (6942.T) announced that its subsidiary, Sophia Sougou Kenkyuusho Kabu Corporation, resolved at a board meeting held, to acquire all outstanding shares of System Freezia Corp., making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
System Freezia, founded in September 2012, operates in system development and solutions, social services, and education sectors. With a capital of ¥10 million, the acquisition aims to enhance consulting capabilities and improve responses to diverse IT-related challenges. Expected benefits include increased revenue through expanded operations and more contract opportunities. Key financial highlights for System Freezia show total assets of ¥59.8 million, ¥55.1 million, and ¥50.7 million for fiscal years ending March 2024, March 2025, and March 2026, respectively.
