Software Service Sees Shareholder Change After Transfer to MM Holdings

– Software Service,inc. (3733.T) reported a shareholder change expected to occur.

Chairman Masaru Miyazaki plans to transfer part of his holdings in the company's common stock to MM Holdings Co., Ltd., which he leads. As a result, Miyazaki will no longer qualify as a major shareholder, while MM Holdings will rise to become the second-largest shareholder. Prior to the transfer, Miyazaki held 517,700 shares, representing approximately 9.43% of total outstanding shares, placing him in the third position among major shareholders. Post-transfer, his shareholding will decrease to 227,200 shares, accounting for around 4.14%, moving him down to fifth place.

Meanwhile, MM Holdings will acquire 600,000 shares, increasing their stake to roughly 10.90%, making them the second-largest shareholder. MM Holdings specializes in real estate management, leasing, and equity investment. It was established with a capital of ¥10 million. This transaction is not anticipated to impact the company’s operations or performance.

Miyazaki intends to continue serving as chairman, and there will be no changes to the company’s operational policies.
