SMT ETF Selected J-Reit Active Announces Dividend Distribution

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – SMT ETF Selected J-REIT Active (258A.T) has finalized dividend distributions for the calculation period ending July 11, 2026. According to the notice, shareholders will receive a distribution of ¥45 per share for the ETF during the period from January 12, 2026, to July 11, 2026.

Additionally, SMT ETF Domestic Equity Selective Investment Active (257A) will distribute ¥13 per share for the same period. Furthermore, SMT ETF Selected J-REIT Active (258A) will also distribute ¥525 per share for the period from April 12, 2026, to July 11, 2026.

The dividend payments are scheduled to begin on August 19, 2026.
