SKY Perfect JSAT Adjusts Employee Share Plan Allocation Details

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (9412.T) completed the subscription process for restricted share allocation to its employee stock holding association on August 03, 2026. Initially planned to allocate 39,000 shares, the company adjusted the number of shares to 33,850 due to changes in member agreement numbers.

Each share was priced at ¥3,090 per share, resulting in a total allocation amount of ¥104.6 million. The adjustment follows the resolution made during the board meeting held on April 28, 2026.

The revised plan now includes a reduced number of shares compared to the initial proposal. The shares were allocated through a third-party allotment method to the SKY Perfect JSAT Employee Holding Association.
