Sintokogio Authorises Buyback of Up to 1.1 Million Shares

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Sintokogio has authorised a share repurchase programme of up to 1.1 Million shares (2.09% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from August 10, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
