TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – SIGMAXYZ Holdings Inc. (6088.T) announced plans to sell its holdings in I Grid Solutions Co., Ltd., leading to an expected special gain of ¥528 million.

The sale price was determined on July 17, 2026, following approval by the Tokyo Stock Exchange for I Grid Solutions’ listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. The special gain will be recorded as part of the company’s operating results for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
