TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Showa Holdings CO.,LTD. (5103.T) filed for corporate reorganization proceedings based on the Company Rehabilitation Act with the Tokyo District Court.
On the same day, the court appointed lawyer Akira Iwasaki as the administrator, granting him exclusive control over the management and disposition of the company's assets and operations. The filing was initiated by Jetlast Asia Private Limited, which claims damages against Showa Holdings. Jetlast Asia, located at Korayakei 20 #06-01 in Singapore, is led by Director Nobuyoshi Fujisawa.
The claimant seeks a decision to commence rehabilitation procedures for the company. As of March 31, 2026, the total liabilities amounted to ¥2.244 billion. This figure is based on the 125th periodic securities report and may be revised upon further investigation.
