Shofu Adjusts Shareholder Benefits Program
TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – SHOFU INC. (7979.T) announced changes to its shareholder benefits program effective for shareholders recorded in the September 30, 2026, stockholders' registry.
The adjustments aim to ensure stable operations while encouraging long-term shareholding. Under the revised plan, eligible shareholders will now need to hold at least one unit (100 shares) to qualify for discounted product purchases. Additionally, the company will discontinue offering discounts on nail products and instead provide rice coupons to qualifying shareholders based on their holding duration and quantity.
Specifically, shareholders who maintain holdings of 100 to 299 shares for more than one year will receive two rice coupons worth ¥880. Those holding 300 to 499 shares for over a year will get four coupons valued at ¥1,760, and those with holdings of 500 shares or more for longer than a year will receive six coupons equivalent to ¥2,640. These changes take effect for shareholders recorded in the September 30, 2026, registry.
