Shinwa WISE Holdings REPORTS AUCTION RESULTS FROM JULY 18 EVENTS

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Shinwa Wise Holdings CO.,LTD. (2437.T) reported the results of auctions held by its subsidiary, Shinwa Auction Co., Ltd., on July 18.

The auctions included categories such as modern ceramics, antique art, and contemporary art. Notable items featured works by renowned artists like Tsuka Yuji's "Ryougetsu Sea" (LOT.283) and Pablo Picasso's ceramic piece "Jacqueline Facing Her Easel" (LOT.308). The auction saw a total of 320 lots offered, with 264 successfully sold, achieving a bid rate of 82.5% based on preliminary figures. Total bids inclusive of fees amounted to ¥138.0 million, while the commission fee revenue was ¥18.0 million.

It should be noted that the sales revenue recorded includes only the commission fees rather than the bid prices themselves. The proceeds from these auctions are expected to impact the group’s fiscal year ending May 2027 consolidated performance. As of now, there are no changes to previously disclosed annual consolidated earnings forecasts. Any further significant developments will be promptly communicated.
