Shinwa Appoints New Auditor for Upcoming Annual Meeting

TOKYO, May 11 (Pulse News Wire) – Shinwa CO.,LTD. (3447.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to appoint KAGAYAKI Audit Corporation as the new auditor effective at the upcoming 12th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2026.

KAGAYAKI Audit Corporation, based at Nagoya Station Building, Floor 30, will replace Azusa Limited Liability Audit Corporation, which has served since June 29, 2015. The decision was made after considering independence, expertise, quality management systems, and audit fees suitable for the company's scale.

Azusa Limited Liability Audit Corporation does not object to the change. The audit committee deemed the move appropriate, ensuring continued robust auditing standards while aligning with the company’s evolving needs.
