Shinobu Foods Products APPOINTS NEW EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

TOKYO, Jun 19 (Pulse News Wire) – Shinobu Foods Products CO.,LTD. (2903.T) announced changes in its executive leadership effective July 1, 2026.

At the June 19, 2026 board meeting, the company resolved to promote several executives: - Executive Director Hiromichi Shimizu was appointed as Senior Managing Director, moving from his previous role as Managing Director. - Masafumi Nagaoshi was promoted to Managing Director from his position as Senior Managing Director.
