TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Shibaura Machine CO.,LTD. (6104.T) announced leadership changes effective June 1, 2026, following resolutions made at its 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held , and subsequent board meetings.
Key appointments include: Kai Yoshiaki moving from Executive Vice President to Chief Technology Officer, taking over responsibilities from Kaiei Akira who transitions to Senior Vice President overseeing R&D operations. Additionally, Enodo Katsuhito was appointed as an executive officer responsible for machinery business reform projects, while Yao Zheng joined as an executive director and general manager of Shibaura Machine (Anhui) Co., Ltd.
Takatsu Hideo stepped down as an executive director and general manager of Shibaura Machine (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Other notable promotions include Kasai Tomohiro's elevation from executive officer to senior vice president at Shibaura Machine India Private Limited.
