Seraku Authorises 500 Million Yen Buyback

TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Seraku has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 500 Million Yen (3.77% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from July 28, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Acquisitions will be conducted via off-auction block buys via ToSTNeT-3.
