SEGA Sammy Holdings ISSUES SHARES AS PART OF RSU AND PSU PROGRAMS

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. (6460.T) completed the subscription process for restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance share units (PSUs) granted as part of its equity compensation program.

The company distributed shares to five domestic group company directors and officers who have retired, totaling 2,400 RSUs, and two overseas group company executives, totaling 16,000 RSUs plus some PSUs. The subscription was finalized , with each share valued at ¥2,229.
