TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Secure,inc. (4264.T) completed the subscription process for restricted share awards on August 03, 2026.

The issuance was approved during the company's board meeting held on July 15, 2026. A total of 8,700 ordinary shares were issued at a price of ¥1,549 per share, resulting in a total issuance amount of ¥13.5 million.
