Secuavail Appoints New Executive Officers Following Board Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – SecuAvail Inc. (3042.S) announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting held.

- Tomoyuki Horino appointed as Deputy President and COO/CTO of LogStare Co., Ltd. - Takashi Ohara promoted to Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Security Department, previously Deputy Head of Security Department.

Additionally, the company confirmed the following roles: - Ryuzo Nakamiya as Independent Outside Director - Tsuyoshi Tajima as Independent Outside Director - Akira Kimura as Director and Chair of Audit Committee - Katsumasa Ueda, Makoto Iwasa, and Hiroshi Konoe as Independent Outside Directors and members of the Audit Committee The changes take effect immediately following the June 25, 2026 board resolution.
