Sasatoku Printing Reorganizes Business Units and Appoints New Executives

TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Sasatoku Printing CO.,LTD. (3958.NG) announced organizational changes and executive appointments effective July 1, 2026.

The restructuring includes merging the Yokohama Branch and Tokyo Branch into a new East Japan Branch to strengthen sales operations, while the Osaka Sales Office will become the West Japan Branch. In addition, the company appointed three new executives: Kawamura Hideki, previously CEO of Sunlight Corporation, was named Executive Officer overseeing planning and production management and head of the Business Development Department.

Tanaka Naohiko retained his position as Executive Officer and Third Sales Division Chief. Koide Naoki was promoted to Executive Officer and Head of the Headquarters Packaging Plant.

These changes aim to enhance operational efficiency and expand the company's market reach.
