Sansei Technologies Completes Share Disposition for Employee Compensation

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Sansei Technologies,inc. (6357.T) completed the payment procedures for the repurchase of restricted shares designated as employee compensation.

The transaction was approved during the board meeting held on July 09, 2026. Under the agreement, Sansei Technologies repurchased ordinary shares totaling 37,684.

Each share was purchased at a price of ¥2,487, resulting in a total repurchase amount of ¥93.7 million.
