Sansan to Appoint New Auditor Firm Effective Aug 20

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Sansan,inc. (4443.T) resolved to appoint EY Shin Nihon LLC as its auditor firm effective August 20, 2026, during a board meeting held.

The decision was made alongside the resolution to propose the appointment of the new auditor at the upcoming 19th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 20, 2026. EY Shin Nihon LLC, located at Town Hibiya Tokyo Midtown Hibiya Mitsui Tower, 1-2, will take over from Azusa Kikakujinsha Co., Ltd., which has served since August 26, 2014.

The move comes after considering multiple proposals from various audit firms, with EY Shin Nihon's expertise, independence, quality control systems, and size deemed suitable for Sansan’s needs. Azusa Kikakujinsha Co., Ltd.'s tenure ends upon the conclusion of the shareholders' meeting on August 20, 2026, marking the completion of their term.

Both the outgoing auditor and the audit committee agree that the transition ensures continued appropriate and sound auditing practices.
