Sansan to Amend Articles of Incorporation for Future Business Expansion

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Sansan,inc. (4443.T) announced that it has resolved to propose amendments to its articles of incorporation at its upcoming 19th ordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026.

The changes aim to prepare for future business expansion and diversification by adding new business purposes to its existing charter. The proposed amendment includes the addition of sports-related businesses among others.
