Sansan Selects New Board Members for Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Sansan,inc. (4443.T) announced on July 21 that its board of directors has resolved to propose candidates for directors (excluding audit committee members) and audit committee member directors for the upcoming 19th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 20, 2026.

The proposed directors include Terada Shinhiro, reappointed as President and CEO/CPO; Tomio Kei, reappointed as Director/Executive Officer/COO responsible for the Sansan Business Unit, Bill One Business Unit, and Contract One Business Unit; Shimizu Kenji, reappointed as Director/Executive Officer/CISO/DPO overseeing the Technology Department and Eight Business Unit; Oma Yuta, reappointed as Director/Executive Officer/CHRO/CAXO managing the Human Resources Department; Akahara Toru, reappointed as an outside independent director; and Komori Shigeki, also reappointed as an outside independent director. For the audit committee positions, Suzuki Makiko and Ata Tsunehiro are proposed for reappointment as outside independent directors and audit committee members.

Additionally, Komori Shigeki is nominated as a substitute candidate for the position of audit committee member director. This resolution will be finalized during the shareholders’ meeting on August 20, 2026, followed by subsequent board meetings.
