Sanrio Company Continues Shareholders Meeting on July 31

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Sanrio Company,ltd. (8136.T) announced that the continuation meeting of its 66th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on July 31 at 2 p.m.

(check-in starts at 1 p.m.) at Grand Prince Hotel Shintakanawa International Pavilion. At the June 25 shareholders' meeting, shareholders approved the scheduling of this continuation session to report on matters previously outlined, including the fiscal year business report, consolidated financial statements, and audit results.

The continuation meeting will cover reports on the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, including the standalone financial statement report. Attendees at the continuation meeting will be the same shareholders who participated in the initial general meeting and exercised their voting rights.
