TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – SANKYU INC. (9065.F) reported that it did not repurchase any shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, based on a resolution made at the board meeting held on May 14, 2026.
The company had set a limit of 5 million shares ordinary shares, representing 9.97% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stock, with a total acquisition cost cap of ¥20.00 billion. The repurchase was intended to be conducted through open-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from May 15, 2026, until February 26, 2027.
