Sanix Holdings APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Sanix Holdings Incorporated (4651.F) announced changes in its board of directors and executive officers following its 48th annual shareholders' meeting held today. Five directors were appointed, including three incumbents and two newcomers.

Additionally, the company's board of directors resolved on personnel changes effective June 26, 2026. Incumbent directors reappointed include Kunihiro Muneshige, who remains as President and CEO, and Masaharu Matsuda, serving as Management Division Director. New appointments include Masakazu Tsuga as Strategic Promotion Department Chief and Business Development Department Head, and Yoshihiko Morikuchi as Corporate Planning Department Director.

An external director, Keiichi Shiohara, was also reappointed. In related moves, Morikuchi was promoted to take on additional responsibilities as Corporate Planning Department Director and Corporate Planning Division Director, effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, Katsumasa Nakano was named Human Resources Manager within the Strategic Promotion Department.
