TOKYO, May 25 (Pulse News Wire) – SAKURA Internet Inc. (3778.T) announced today that its board of directors meeting held on May 25 approved changes to the company's management structure effective June 23, 2026.

The formal approval is expected at the upcoming 27th annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.
