Rorze Reaches Settlement in Patent Infringement Lawsuit

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – RORZE CORPORATION (6323.T) announced today that it has reached a settlement agreement with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. regarding a patent infringement lawsuit initiated against the company and its US subsidiary, Rorze Automation, Inc., in February 2026.

The litigation was based on claims of infringing plaintiff's US patents and led to a jury verdict in March 2026.
