TOKYO, May 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Rohto Pharmaceutical CO.,LTD. (4527.T) completed its acquisition of shares in Thann Oryza Co., Ltd.

The company had initially disclosed plans for the share purchase and subsidiary formation on January 7, 2026. The acquisition was completed on May 29, 2026, later than initially anticipated due to registration procedures taking longer than expected. Thann Oryza becomes a Rohto subsidiary.
