The company acquired 2,996,400 shares for a total of ¥4,532,058,100 during the period from July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 through open market purchases. The board authorized the repurchase of up to 23,000,000 shares with a maximum expenditure of ¥25,000,000,000, valid through July 31, 2026.
