The decision was made during a board meeting held on August 06, 2026. The asset transfer is part of ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation within the group. The transferred asset includes a residential complex located in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, valued at ¥587 million with a book value of ¥1.137 billion, resulting in a loss of ¥549 million. The transaction is set to conclude on August 27, 1957 with the property being handed over to Peach Real Estate Corp.
