Revolution Co. Partially Withdraws Lawsuit Against Former Exec

– Revolution CO.,LTD. The suit, filed on Aug.

29, 2025, sought damages related to delayed repayment of several crowdfunding projects managed by YE Estate Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WeCapital. The partial withdrawal involves claims for approximately ¥17 billion in damages stemming from two crowdfunding projects—No. 37 and No. 37—that experienced repayment delays. However, agreements have been reached with third-party companies to resolve these issues, allowing for potential repayments to investors by October 2026.

Additionally, a contract was signed for project No. 25, which could lead to investor repayments by March 2027, contingent upon meeting certain conditions. Despite the withdrawals, Revolution Co. plans to continue pursuing the remaining claim based on a return agreement involving approximately ¥12 billion. The company also intends to maintain ongoing litigation against Masuda for his actions at YE Estate Corp., as previously disclosed on Aug.

8, 2025.
