REVO International to Delist Shares from Tokyo Pro Market on July 23
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – REVO International Inc. (5022.T) announced that it has applied for delisting from the Tokyo Pro Market and its ordinary shares will cease trading on July 23, 2026.
The company thanked shareholders and stakeholders for their support throughout its listing period. Following the delisting, various procedures will commence. Share transactions will cease two business days later on July 27, 2026, handled by the Securities Depository Trust Corporation. Post-delisting, shareholder verification will require personal seals and certified copies of identification documents.
Shareholders wishing to obtain a share balance certificate should request it from the Corporate Services Department. Processing time for such requests is approximately three weeks. For share transfers, both buyer and seller must jointly file a stock transfer application with necessary documentation and certification within six months of issuance. Additionally, due to the company's recent listing status, until March 31, 2027, buyers must be classified as “specific investors.” Afterward, if the number of shareholders remains below 200 as of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the requirement for specific investor classification could be waived pending approval from the Financial Bureau.
