Renetjapangroup Halts Exercise of Warrant Series 25 Until 2029 Due to Market Conditions
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Renetjapangroup,inc. (3556.NG) announced today that it has decided to notify Cantor Fitzgerald Europe of a suspension of exercise for its 25th series warrants (exercise price adjustment clause attached).
The suspension will take effect from July 29, 2026, until August 5, 2026, and continue through March 30, 2029. The warrant series was issued on March 30, 2026, and involves 1,491,500 shares represented by 1,491,500 units.
The decision follows a comprehensive assessment of recent market conditions and is based on a third-party allocation agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald Europe. Notably, while the notification cannot be withdrawn or altered once received by Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, RenetJapanGroup retains the right to make such changes and will disclose any updates accordingly.
