Remixpoint Announces New Management Structure Following Annual Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Remixpoint,inc. (3825.T) held its 23rd regular shareholders meeting on June 25, where the appointment of five directors was approved.

Additionally, independent directors Yukihisa Yamemuro, Takuya Kanazaki, Masanobu Tajima, and Kazuo Mori have filed their status with the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The newly formed supervisory board includes: Regular Auditor Masanobu Tajima (reappointed), Auditor Kouji Takagi (reappointed), and Regular Auditor Kazuo Mori (reappointed).
