Regal Extends Executive Pay Cuts Until December 2026

– Regal Corporation (7938.T) announced today that its board of directors has decided to extend executive pay cuts until December 2026 as part of ongoing structural reforms aimed at achieving high profitability. The move reflects the company's commitment to clear accountability among executives during its transformation phase.

In a bid to foster a high-revenue business model under its strategic framework "Reframe," Regal has designated fiscal year 2026 as a period of comprehensive reform. As such, the company plans to continue reducing executive compensation through December 2026, originally scheduled to end in June 2026.

Specifically, the monthly remuneration for the president will be reduced by 20%, while that for (a senior managing director position) will be cut by 20%. The reduction measures will apply from July 2026 to December 2026.
