Quants Research Institute to Cancel Own Shares on July 31

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Quants Research Institute Holdings,inc. (9552.T) resolved at its board meeting held on July 21 to cancel own shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The company plans to cancel ordinary shares amounting to 3,405,888 shares, which represents 6.30% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation. The cancellation is scheduled for July 21, 2026.

Following the cancellation, the total number of issued shares of the company will be 50,695,447. The number of shares to be canceled corresponds entirely to the self-held shares owned by the company as of July 21, 2026.
