Progrit Begins Consolidated Reporting After Acquiring English Company

TOKYO, Jul 09 (Pulse News Wire) – Progrit Inc. (9560.T) announced that it will commence consolidated reporting beginning with the third quarter of the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026.

The acquisition of English Company's shares was completed on April 28, 2026, leading to the inclusion of English Company in Progrit’s consolidated financial statements. For the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026, Progrit forecasts consolidated revenue of ¥7.600 billion and operating profit of ¥1.450 billion. Additionally, ordinary profit is expected to reach ¥1.440 billion, while net income attributable to shareholders is projected at ¥980 million. On a per-share basis, earnings are anticipated to stand at ¥78.

Previously, Progrit had disclosed individual performance expectations for the same period, but moving forward, the company will no longer publish separate forecasts. The consolidated forecast incorporates the performance projections of the newly acquired subsidiary, reflecting Progrit’s expanded operations post-acquisition. Notably, due to the transition to consolidated reporting, comparative figures against the previous fiscal year are unavailable for the period ending August 31, 2025. Progrit emphasizes that the forecast is based on currently available information and actual results could differ due to various future factors.
