Procrea Holdings Reports First Quarter Unrealized Losses for Securities Held to Maturity
TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Procrea Holdings,inc. (7384.T) reported unrealized losses totaling ¥12.07 billion for securities held to maturity as of March 2027's first quarter-end.
The unrealized loss represents 184.1% of the company’s consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026, which was ¥6.557 billion. Additionally, it accounts for 319.0% of the parent company shareholders' net income for the same period, amounting to ¥3.783 billion. Regarding future performance expectations, the company stated there would be no changes to the previously announced forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 and dividend projections released on May 15, 2026.
However, the company noted that actual results could differ significantly due to various factors. In supplementary notes, Procrea Holdings disclosed that the total fair value of the securities held to maturity stood at ¥213.3 billion, while their book value was ¥225.4 billion. Furthermore, the securities showed a gain of ¥49 million and a net unrealized loss of -¥12.02 billion as of the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027.
