Prestige International to Offer Anniversary Shareholder Benefits

TOKYO, Jul 28 (Pulse News Wire) – Prestige International Inc. (4290.T) announced plans to implement a special shareholder benefit program to commemorate its 40th anniversary in October 2026.

The initiative aims to express gratitude to shareholders and encourage further investment. Eligible shareholders holding 100 shares or more as of September 30, 2026, will receive QUO cards worth July 28, 2026 points.

Distribution is expected within three months of the eligibility determination date. In addition to this one-time commemorative offering, the company will continue its existing annual shareholder benefits program based on shareholding status as of March 31 each year.

The ongoing commitment to shareholder returns remains a key focus, with a target payout ratio of 70% outlined in the medium-term management plan.
