The move is part of the company's strategy to diversify funding channels under its new mid-term management plan "Change & Prove." The company, which has achieved 17 consecutive years of revenue growth since its founding and nine consecutive quarters of increased sales and profits since listing, aims to strengthen its financial foundation through direct fundraising from capital markets.

This approach seeks to secure long-term stable funds while enhancing its ability to supply flexible investment for future growth initiatives outlined in its strategic plan. Key details of the bond issues include: - Total issuance amount for the institutional bonds: ¥6.500 billion - Individual bond amount for institutional bonds: ¥100 million - Interest rate for institutional bonds: Year 2.536% (to be finalized on July 17, 2026) - Total issuance amount for individual bonds: ¥2 billion - Individual bond amount for individual bonds: ¥100,000 The institutional bonds will be offered from July 10 to July 31, 2026, with payment due on July 16, 2026.
