POLA Orbis Holdings CHANGES EXECUTIVE TEAM EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1

TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Pola Orbis Holdings Inc. (4927.T) announced changes to its executive team effective August 1, 2026.

Tsuruoka Hiroyuki will take over as president of Pola Chemical Industries Co., Ltd., while Katagiri Takayuki will transition to an advisory role. Tsuruoka Hiroyuki, born on June 06, 1968, joined Pola Chemical Industries in 1994. He held various positions within the company, including Executive Officer and Senior Managing Executive Officer responsible for management planning, research strategy, and more.

In his new role, he will also serve as a senior managing executive officer at Pola Orbis Holdings Inc. Katagiri Takayuki, who previously served as president of Pola Chemical Industries, will now hold an advisory position within the same company. His extensive experience includes roles such as Executive Officer and President at Pola Chemical Industries, and he played key roles in product design and development, among others.
