PLAN DO Adjusts Second Loan Disbursement Date

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Plan DO CO.,LTD. (458A.T) announced changes to the disbursement schedule of a loan agreement with financial covenants previously disclosed on June 25, 2026.

The second installment's execution date was moved up due to smooth progress in settlement procedures related to the acquisition of fixed assets, which was initially announced on March 17, 2026. Originally, the second loan disbursement was scheduled for July 31, 2026. However, it has now been adjusted to July 30, 2026.

The first disbursement remains unchanged, set for June 30, 2026. This adjustment does not impact the current fiscal year’s performance. Plan DO CO.,LTD.
