TOKYO, Jun 23 (Pulse News Wire) – PCI Holdings,INC. (3918.T) announced today that its 22nd regular shareholders' meeting and subsequent board meeting held on June 23 decided on the official appointment of new directors and executives.
Key appointments include: - Akihisa Watanabe appointed as President and CEO (new position). He oversees overall management. - Ken'ichi Morishita reappointed as Executive Director and continues to manage overall operations and serves as head of strategic planning. - Naohiro Iguchi remains as a director and now also heads the Corporate Planning Department, overseeing finance and accounting. - Kazuya Sugizono retains his role as a director and assumes additional responsibilities as an auditor for Sword Corporation. - Masao Numata joins as a new director and takes on the role of president at PCI Solutions.
