TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Papyless CO.,LTD. (3641.T) announced that its board of directors decided to dissolve and liquidate its subsidiary, JadeComiX Co., Ltd., effective July 15, 2026.

The move aims to enhance overall operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning through strategic business restructuring within the group. JadeComiX was established on May 22, 2023, with a capital of ¥290 million. Its primary operations included developing Webtoon content and services, along with producing original content.
