Pacific Net Selects New Board Members for August Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Pacific Net CO.,LTD. (3021.T) announced that at the July 15 board meeting, it resolved to propose the reappointment of eight directors at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27.

The proposed directors are: - Shima Masahiro, reappointed as Chairman of the Board - Ueda Yuta, reappointed as President and CEO - Kaneda Tomoharu, reappointed as Deputy President - Sugiyama Kenya, reappointed as Director - Oka Ken, reappointed as Director - Kamiya Sojunosuke, reappointed as Outside Director (non-executive) - Matsumoto Jisoo, reappointed as Outside Director (non-executive) - Ido Akiko, reappointed as Outside Director (non-executive) Kamiya Sojunosuke, Matsumoto Jisoo, and Ido Akiko are nominated as outside director candidates. Their terms will conclude upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
