OTEC Reports Major Supplier Details
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – OTEC CORPORATION (1736.T) disclosed significant supplier relations involving Nippon Teeho Corporation. As of March 31, 2026, Nippon Teeho holds 20.05% of OTEC's voting rights through direct ownership.
OTEC purchases key pipe fittings from Nippon Teeho based on market prices and negotiation terms, ensuring operational independence despite shared management roles and transactions. From April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, OTEC conducted various transactions with Nippon Teeho totaling approximately ¥184.222 billion, primarily related to the purchase of pipe fitting products and employee transfers.
Additionally, Nippon Teeho has entrusted a portion of its OTEC shares to Resona Bank for retirement benefit trusts, which are further re-delegated to Japan Custodian Bank. Under trust agreements, Nippon Teeho retains directive control over share voting rights.
Nippon Teeho does not qualify as a continuous disclosure entity and there are no anticipated changes in their future group positioning or relationships within the enterprise structure.
