Osaki Electric Reorganizes Structure, Adjusts Executive Roles and Promotes Senior Staff

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Osaki Electric CO.,LTD. (6644.T) announced significant organizational changes effective July 1, 2026.

The reorganization aims to enhance strategic execution and reinforce revenue bases while expanding growth engines. Key points include merging strategy and management, strengthening engineering capabilities, and simplifying business management functions. Under the new structure, the company abolished the Business Management Department and Operations Management Department, establishing four new business units: Energy Solution Business Unit, Smart Solution Business Unit, GX Solution Business Unit, and Customer Success Department.

Additionally, several executive roles were reassigned, with Abe Jun moving to Deputy General Manager for R&D and Quality Assurance, Ono Nobuyuki becoming Deputy General Manager for Advanced Solutions Business Unit, and Tokumoto Noriyuki taking charge of the Energy Solution Business Unit. In personnel adjustments, Yasugi Hideki was promoted to head the Energy Solution Business Unit, Tsuchiya Takeshi to lead the Smart Solution Business Unit, Suzuki Tatsuya to manage the GX Solution Business Unit, and Fujino Hiroaki to oversee the newly formed Customer Success Department. These moves aim to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organization.
